Happy Estonian Independence day! <3 The cake is by this recipe, if you care to use it: http://nami-nami.blogspot.com/2007/12/david-lebovitz-chocolate-cake-with.html If you’re anything like me, you will strongly doubt this cake around the time when the mixed smells of sauerkraut and cocoa powder hit your nose, but, fear not, it turns out well, and not at all vinegar-y or cabbage-y.
