I made okonomiyaki! Well, my slightly-bastardized version. I use vegetable stock because I wouldn’t use dashi stock enough to justify buying it, and whole wheat flour because I like how it tastes.
I like mine with salmon eggs and mayo. My father thinks they’re best with pickled herring, but I do not recommend this.
