Sriracha. My favorite thing to ever happen in Thailand. Isn’t that red color so beautiful?
I put it on soups, sandwiches, salads, roasts… anything composed of vegetables and/or meat that you could think of.
Lately, I’ve taken to eating it in my oatmeal.
I’ve been inspired to start writing up a recipe for chili paste peanut butter cookies. (not with sriracha, though, because sriracha contains garlic.)
I think I have a problem…
